Our Engineering Team will be conducting scheduled maintenance to C-AR SFTP Service (sftp.versapay.com) on Sunday May 12th at 9pm - 10pm ET. This maintenance is to perform regular operating system updates that will require reboots.

Resolved - The NetSuite ERP Connector issue is resolved, and data synchronization is back on track. Our Engineering teams identified the root cause as an issue with one of our third-party service providers. We're conducting further diagnostics to minimize the likelihood of recurrence.

Identified - We have identified a connectivity issue for our Collaborative AR and Cash Application clients with legacy TLS Certificate Authority configurations using our APIs. This includes clients who use Versapoint.

As a result, you may be receiving an error when connecting to Versapay.

For clients using Versapoint that are affected, our support team will contact you to update the certificate file and resolve the issue.

For any clients managing their own API integrations (e.g., Java program), please see this blog post for more information on the issue.
